The Endless Knot Arts Festival

Our Show:

             The Endless Knot Arts Festival is the first (of hopefully) many multifaceted performances coordinated by a group called the Endless Knot Dance Collective. Founded by Abigail Kazlousky as an educational opportunity for young dancers (as young as 7-8) and as a way for more seasoned dancers to continue their love of dance. Out of the same notion of providing a place for the unsung to sing, a group of performers and artists of all kinds have come together to perform at the Arts Festival. 

                The Show is grounded in the idea of the collaboration of different art forms to create new work. This can be seen through the inclusion of painters on stage during dance and musical acts, and through dance pieces created involving live musicians. Also the variety of different acts all sharing one stage for one night, shines a light on how beautifully art serves as a basic form of connection between us all, whether you're an artist or not.

            The EKAF is taking place on Friday, April 10^th at the Roxbury Community College Mainstage Theater (1234 Colubus Ave, Roxbury, MA ). Admission costs $5. Doors are open at 7:00 PM. Showtime at 7:30. Parking is available on Columbus Ave or just up the street at the RCC lot.
